HERNANDO, Miss. — Mississippi voters headed to the polls on Tuesday in DeSoto County to decide several of the runoff elections from the Aug. 4 elections.
Cory Uselton won with more than 10,497 votes, beating out Jim Ferguson to become the new superintendent of DeSoto County Schools.
In addition, voters decided to elect Michael Lee as the District Five supervisor.
