MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man was shot in the 1900 block of Keltner Circle Sunday.
Police were called around 5 p.m.
Richard Thomas, 45, was pronounced dead on the scene.
A police affidavit states Betty Harris, 60, admitted to killing her boyfriend after a fight.
Harris is charged with second-degree murder.
There have been 49 homicides in Memphis in 2016, according to the Memphis Police Department.
