MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The two men accused in the murder of 18-year-old Eddie McDonald appeared in court on Monday. Aaron Marr and Jeylon Harvey are both charged with first-degree murder, five counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm during a felony. On December 10, the two and a woman tried to gain access to a party at the Country Squire Apartments. When they were turned away, they pulled out a gun and opened fire, striking McDonald in the head. McDonald’s murder marked the 217th homicide of 2016. The duo was arrested and charged a week later.
