MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Memphis man in the shooting death of a military veteran.
Charles Harris, also known as Ali, is wanted for first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, reckless endangerment and convicted felon in possession of a handgun.
