Prosecutors agreed to the 15-year sentence after Washington agreed to testify against two others in the case.

D’Allen Washington entered the plea to accessory after the fact to the kidnapping of Kingston Frazier, as well as to an unrelated robbery charge.

A judge signed a bond order, releasing the suspect from jail, but the victim’s family wasn’t notified.

A judge once again denied bond for one of three men accused in the murder of 6-year-old Kingston Frazier.

Court papers obtained by The Associated Press show Wakefield told investigators that McBride stole the car and shot Frazier.

“There have been various stories on social media that have said that she may have some sort of involvement, some sort of role, in the death of Kingston and we see no evidence of that.”

A judge denied bond for all three suspects.

“At the end of the day, I think that Kingston would not die in vain.”

“My family has cried and cried and cried.”

According to officials, Kingston was shot multiple times after the car he was in was stolen.
