Today on Live at 9 we have Chef Konrad Spitzbart from The Peabody Hotel here today making Neo-Classic Cheesecake.

 

The Peabody Neo-Classic Cheesecake

 

1 pound Mini Marshmallow

¾ cup Milk

1 pound Cream Cheese

2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1 ounce Grand Marnier

Mix marshmallow and milk together, over a double boiler start melting them.

Whip heavy cream to medium peak, and paddle the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.

Fold then the cream cheese into the melted marshmallows, followed by the grand marnier, at last careful fold in the whipped cream.

The mixture is then ready to be used, pour into single serve molds, make shooter glasses or use as a filling for a cake.

Let cheesecake set overnight.

 

Serve with:

Fruits, compotes, sauces
