(Memphis) A 15-year-old male is now facing charges in connection with the murder of a contractor last week in Parkway Village.

15-year-old Derek Cunningham is charged with first degree murder and aggravated robbery.

Back on October 4th, police say Cunningham and another suspect robbed and shot 42-year-old J.P. Shelley while he was working on a house in the 4700 block of Scottsdale.

Shelley was taken to The MED, initially in critical condition, but he later died from his injuries.

Police are still looking for the other suspect.
