Memphis police have arrested two men who recorded them with their cell phone.

Check out the video.  “Sir, you’re obstructing a highway passage way right now.

I understand you are videoing.

And it’s on video.

So I’m going to take you to jail for obstructing a highway or passageway.”

It’s just the latest incident of people caught recording police and officers booking them then, on minor charges.
