Flourless Chocolate Fudge Skillet Cake

10 ounces Dark Chocolate about 65%
5 ounces Butter
10 ounces Sugar
3 large whole eggs
1 egg yolk

Over a double boiler melt chocolate and butter together.
Preheat oven to 350 F, then mix sugar and whole eggs and the yolk until smooth.
Pour egg mixture into the melted chocolate and stir until combined, pour batter into skillets or baking dishes and bake at 325F until just set, take out and let cool, serve with Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream.
Or let cool overnight, unmold and decorate.
