(Jackson, MI) It’s not often you see a judge lose their cool in court, nevermind wish someone death.

A Michigan judge let loose on a convicted killer in court, shouting that he hopes she dies in prison.

Mlive.com reported 31-year-old Camia Gamet was given a life sentence Wednesday for the murder of her boyfriend Marcel Hill two years ago.

It was one of the worst murder scenes he was aware of according to Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain.

At the sentencing, members of Hill’s family spoke and Gamet was seen rolling her eyes and snickering.

Gamet even interrupted Hill’s aunt and said, “Is that it?”

That set off McBain.

“You’re going to shut your mouth or I’m going to have some duct tape put on it,” he said. “You were relentless. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed until he was dead.”

The judge wasn’t done there, “I hope you die in prison. If this was a death penalty state, you’d be getting the chair.”

Gamet’s defense team says she acted in self-defense and plans to appeal to a higher court.
