(Memphis, 2/23/2012) “They done already got they fees out, but can’t nobody seem to tell me where my money at,” says Mo Money customer Margaret Warr.

Warr says she’s had it with the fact the no one can seem to find her tax refund.

“Call Value Bank, can’t nobody talk to me, I come up here, my name on the list, been on the list ever since Friday, they can’t tell me where the rest of my money at.”

We spoke with another customer who didn’t want her face shown on camera, but she did show us her refund check, that so far, she can’t cash.

“I can’t do nothing with it.”

We tried to ask someone at Mo Money for help.

“I don’t have any comment,” says an employee.

The IRS won’t comment on specific taxpayers or tax preparers. I talked to a spokesperson who says concerned customers should not try to file another return.

There’s a Memphis office that’s open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 22 N Front Street where taxpayers can get live help.   If all else fails, folks who never get a refund can file a Form 3911 for a lost or stolen refund and the IRS will trace it.

However, at this time, IRS officials say the Form 3911 may not be appropriate to use.

We are waiting to hear more from the IRS on what customers can do if they call a hot line and find their return has already been deposited in a 3rd party account.
