(Washington, D.C.) The latest report from the U.S. Labor Department shows men and women aren’t sharing the country’s job growth equally.
New numbers show men have nearly 700,000 fewer jobs now than when the recession started in 2007.
Meanwhile, women have fared far better.
Last year, many recovered all their lost jobs.
Experts say men were hit harder during the recession, so it is taking longer to get those jobs back.
