COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. — Schools often set goals for how much money they’d like to raise for Go Jim Go and the kids at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. That’s what Collierville’s Schilling Farms Middle did too. They decided they would shoot for $3,000 as a goal for the entire school. Instead, that ended up being how much money was raised by each of the three grades at the school.
That’s right. Schilling Farms Middle raised $9,000 in their Go Jim Go fundraisers.
Jim Jaggers was thrilled to receive the check from the school’s principal. The students cheered themselves and the riders as well.
Go Jim Go is on the second of three Tour Days before the actual Go Jim Go ride later this month. Last week, the riders visited Bartlett schools. Next Friday they will be in Oxford.
