COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. — Schools often do crazy fundraisers for Go Jim Go.  Collierville Middle School has picked one such idea for their effort this year.  Students will be allowed to wear a hat on a specified day if they contribute a dollar to Go Jim Go.

The team rode to the school Friday morning as a part of the Collierville tour day leading up to the big 333 mile Go Jim Go ride later this month.  Their appearance helped to kick off the school’s collection campaign.

The project has raised more than a million dollars for Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital since it began nine years ago.
