DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has arrested and charged a Decatur County man in the murder of Holly Bobo.

John Dylan Adams is charged with tampering with evidence.

Investigators say Adams, “disposed of items he knew to be of evidentiary value to the case.”

According to the TBI, Adams is the brother of Zach Adams, who is charged felony murder and aggravated kidnapping charges in Holly Bobo’s death.

Jason Autry, 39, has been indicted on charges of especially aggravated kidnapping and first degree felony murder.

Brothers Jeffrey and Mark Pearcy are charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact.

Prosecutors have also been seeking an indictment against Shayne Austin who was previously granted immunity.

Bobo was last seen April 13, 2011 at her home in Decatur County.

The TBI identified her remains September 8.

John Dylan Adams was booked into the Madison County Jail, where at the time of this release, he was being held without bond.
