WATER VALLEY, Miss. — School spirit always helps get students excited about a cause.  But the students at Water Valley’s Davidson Elementary took that to a whole new level.

The school was one of the tour stops on Friday’s final training day for Go Jim Go as the crew travels around the Oxford area.

All 679 students were lined along the school’s driveway and after principal Brad Parker told Jim they’ve raised more than $1,000 for Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, the students serenaded them with their Go Jim Go spirit song.  Check out the video above to hear it!

Great effort and great cheering by Davidson Elementary!
