CHESTER COUNTY, Tenn. — A former Chester County jailer has been charged for filing a false report.
On January 11th, 47-year-old Tommy Joe Austin claimed a caller threatened him and his son for not “taking care” of Zach Adams, who is charged with Holly Bobo’s kidnapping and murder.
TBI agents investigated the claim and determined Austin wasn’t truthful about the threat.
Austin surrendered to authorities Monday morning.
