MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Target will pay about $4 million to settle a lawsuit for allegedly over charging customers.

According to the lawsuit, Target would leave “on sale” price tags on items even after the sale was over.

The retailer is now required to have employees walk every aisle in the store at least once a week to look for expired signs.
