We’re cooking up a tasty recipe on Live at 9 this morning with none other than The Cosmopolitan Chef!

Chef Ragan Oglesby, who is also the author of “Single Girl’s Guide to Great Cooking” is here this morning making Tequila Fajitas!

Tequila Fajitas

1 -2 pound Flank Steak

½ cup of tequila

3 juiced lemons

½ pepper flakes

1 tablespoon adobo seasoning

4 cloves of garlic, chopped finely

2 teaspoons of olive oil

8 small tortillas

1 large red bell pepper, ribs removed and cut into strips

1 large green bell pepper, ribs removed and cut into strips

1 large onion sliced

Procedure

Mix lemon juice, tequila, red pepper flakes, garlic and adobo seasoning together.

Pour the mixture over your flank steak. Cover and refrigerate allowing the steak to

Marinate for 45 minutes. Grill the steak until desired doneness. Grill onions, red, yellow and green bell peppers. Serve with warm tortillas and top with onions, peppers, shredded cheese and salsa.
