ALCORN COUNTY, Miss. — Michael Meeks was arrested for the murder of two people in Alcorn County.
He’s charged with murder.
Investigators told WREG Meeks shot the couple sometime over the weekend at their home just outside Farmington.
Police said the double homicide was not connected to another murder that happened in Corinth Saturday.
Meeks was arrested in Alabama after he was spotted driving a truck that belonged to one of the victims.
No motive has been released.
