MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Around 2 p.m. on Wednesday Memphis Police responded to a carjacking call.
According to reports, two armed men carjacked a man in the 2500 block of Point Church.
The victim told police he was pistol whipped by the men.
Officers later spotted the car near Whitney and Rangeline.
The car then pulled into the Ridgecrest Apartments where they hit a squad car and then fled on foot.
Only one of the men was arrested on the scene.
