Chef Elle stopped by with a recipe for a sweet hollandaise sauce that can be used at breakfast and dinner!

Chef Elle herself described the sauce as “pure indulgence”.

Here is what else she had to say:

“My first time experiencing hollandaise sauce was when I was in the fourth grade. Usually, we celebrated good report cards by dressing up and going to dinner, but I did things differently. Sometimes, it irked the heck out of my dad, but I made no apologies. Anyway, this particular time, I chose brunch at this really nice restaurant. That, my friend, was my introduction to this glorious sauce. Because I wouldn’t stop singing its praises, my, mother, grandmother and I worked until we figured it out, adding maple syrup. As always, the recipe is fresh and easy. With Father’s Day just around the corner, there’s no better time to give it a try….to good food.”
