Prosecutors are set to rest their case in the Colorado Movie Theater shooting trial.

Jurors recently heard some shocking testimony in the murder trial of Colorado theater shooter James Holmes from his psychiatrist.

She said she knew of his murderous thoughts and that he even thought about killing people 3 or 4 times a day.

But she said without knowledge of an exact plan or target, she couldn’t have him detained on a mental health hold.
