MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Health Department announced it would continue to test mosquitoes for the presence of West Nile virus.

In the past week, the department said it has not received any new positive tests, but it will continue to be proactive in its preventative measures.

To date, positive tests have been confirmed in the 38018, 38109, 38116, 38122 and 38141.

Weather permitting, the Health Department will be spraying according to the following schedule:
