NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans police officer has been shot and killed. Officer Daryle Holloway, a 22-year veteran, was killed when a prisoner he was transporting got out of his handcuffs and got a hold of a gun. WWL-TV reports a manhunt is underway for 33-year-old Travis Bois. Three police officers have been shot in just over 24 hours. Officer Sonny Kim was shot and killed in Cincinnati when he responded to a call of an erratic man with a gun late Friday morning. In Milwaukee, a police detective was shot while investigating a burglary. The detective, who hasn’t been identified, is in serious but stable condition. Police there are looking for 20-year-old Najee Harmon.
