MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Health Department will continue to spray for mosquitoes this week.

The department told WREG they have not confirmed any new cases of the West Nile virus, but will be proactive and continue to spray in areas that have already tested positive this year.

As of the first of July, positive tests have been confirmed in the 38017, 38018, 38108, 38109, 38116, 38122, and 38141 ZIP codes.

The Shelby County Health Department released the following schedule for the week of July 6- 9:

Tuesday, July 7

ZIP Codes: 38116, 38118

Wednesday, July 8

ZIP Codes: 38111, 38117, 38118, 38119, 38152

Thursday, July 9
