BAY, Ark. — A Craighead County woman has gone missing and according to reports, she may have been taken against her will.
THV11 reported the Sheriff’s Department has found evidence that suggested 90-year-old Lavinda Counce was abducted from her home around 10:30 p.m. Friday evening.
Her car was reportedly found Saturday at the Northeast Arkansas Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro several miles away.
Sheriff Marty Boyd told reporters surveillance video showed a man getting out of her car.
He is now considered a person of interest in the case.
