MEMPHIS, Tenn. — WREG has just learned the Shelby County Commission has voted to rename the Shelby County Civil Courthouse.

The courthouse will be renamed as the D’army Bailey Courthouse.

The Bailey family was emotional as the County Commission delivered their decision on Monday.
