MEMPHIS, Tenn. — It’s finally Friday, which means it’s time to look at several events happening across the greater Memphis area this weekend. There is something for everyone.

Let’s get started with the Shrine Circus happening all this weekend! The magical show includes amazing aerialists, music, and of course, never-before-seen acts. The first show is Friday night at 7. Tickets start at $10.

The longest-running street festival is back! Trolley Night will not feature any trolleys, but it will have live music, tasty eats, and street vendors. The night kicks off at 5 p.m. along South Main.

Calling all barbecue fans! On Saturday, Carriage Crossing and Memphis in May are partnering to host an exciting barbecue celebration from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Along with the delicious eats, attendees can also enjoy pickleball, block party games, and even a barbecue sauce knowledge contest. The event is free and is in Collierville.

After you get your barbecue fix, head over to Bartlett for the Bayou Bash, hosted by Rajun Cajun Restaurant. There will be plenty of crawfish. The event will be held at W.J. Freeman Park and end at 7 p.m. Of course, it’s all free.

This one is for the dogs! Dogchella is like Coachella with all the outfits and backdrops, but only for the pups! There will be a dog fashion contest, treats, and even a $5 beer for pet parents! The event is free and ends at 6 p.m. Dogs must be on a leash.

For Sunday Funday, the Orpheum Theatre invites you to celebrate the queen of soul with an electrifying tribute concert to Aretha Franklin. The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets begin at $36.
