MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Blues legend B.B King was honored Wednesday with his own street in Memphis.
Part of Third Street was renamed after King.
B.B. King Boulevard stretched from Jackson Avenue on the north to Crump Boulevard on the south.
The legendary guitarist and singer died earlier this year.
The dedication ceremony was held at Third and Beale Street.
Google didn’t wait, its maps have already been changed.
