BATESVILLE, Miss. — A fire destroyed the Batesville Elementary school building back in July.
But the teachers, staff, students, and families weren’t going to let that put a damper on their fundraising for Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.
They raised $2,862 and gave the check to Jim Jaggers and the team as they passed through Friday for North Mississippi Tour Day.
