NEW ORLEANS, La. — The U.S. Marshals have captured a man who is accused of killing three people in Jonesborough.

Daniel Lee Henry, of Jonesborough, was put on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted List for the crime.

A person in California told the Washington County Sheriff’s Office early Saturday that Henry had killed his family in Jonesborough. Deputies went to the home, where Henry also lived, and found three adults dead inside, according to the TBI.

Henry was not there; investigators said they believe he has fled the state.

Marshals tracked him down to New Orleans, where they took him into custody at a hotel. He is currently being held in the Orleans Parish Prison.
