MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police need your help identifying the man caught on camera stealing from a local Exxon. According to a spokesperson from the Department, officers received the theft call just before 11 a.m. on September 29. When they arrived in the 600 block of Chelsea Avenue, the victim told police he had made a purchase at the Exxon, but accidentally forgot his wallet on the counter. When he returned, the wallet was gone along with the $1,600 inside. Cameras on the property caught the suspect putting the wallet into his front pocket and then driving off in a light-colored SUV.
