MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Businessman Mark Giannini appeared in court before a judge on Tuesday to set a trial date.
The trial is scheduled for August 1, 2016, and is expected to last up to two weeks.
Giannini was indicted in January for aggravated rape and two counts of rape.
There are two other rape cases against him still pending.
