MEMPHIS, Tenn. — If you normally travel down Monroe Avenue, you need to listen up.
The City of Memphis will be shutting it down between Front Street and Main on Sunday, November 15 in order to make repairs on Brinkley Plaza.
If you take this route, you are advised to take Front Street, Second Street or Union Avenue as an alternate.
Monroe Avenue will be closed starting at 7 a.m. and is scheduled to be reopened by 1 p.m. on the same day.
