JACKSON, Miss. — Gov. Phil Bryant has followed President Barack Obama’s order to lower flags to half-staff to honor the victims of the Paris attacks.
U.S. flags and Mississippi state flags will be flown at half-staff on state grounds.
The order is effective immediately and will last until sunset Thursday.
