MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The National Weather Service has cancelled a Flash Flood Warning for Desoto, Tate, and Panola counties.

In addition, a Flash Flood Watch was cancelled.

The NWS has also issued a Flood Warning for Crittenden, Coahoma, and Tunica counties until 4:30 a.m.

Earlier in the day,  Tornado Watches and a Tornado Warning  had been issued in our area.

However, there have been no indications there was ever a tornado on the ground.

Rainfall amounts are expected to range from about 3 to 6 inches in our area from the storms.

Rain will be at times heavy and winds gusting to 25 mph should be expected.
