LOS ANGELES — “Glee” actor Mark Salling was arrested Tuesday after an LAPD Internet Crimes Against Children task force unit served a search warrant at his Sunland home looking for child pornography.

The crimes against children warrants were served and a search took place at a home in the 9900 block of Helen Avenue, Liliana Preciado of the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to KTLA.

Officer Tony Im of the Los Angeles Police Department also confirmed to the news station investigators were searching the home for child porn.

According to reports from TMZ, officers did find images on his computer.

This type  of offense is a felony charge.

This isn’t the first time the actor has been in trouble with the law, reported People.com.

Back in March, he reportedly paid an ex-girlfriend $2.7 million after she confronted him about an alleged sexual battery and he hit her.

On Tuesday, Salling’s bond was set at $20,000 and he was released Tuesday afternoon.

His first court appearance was scheduled for January 22.
