MEMPHIS, Tenn. — It’s the last day in office for Mayor AC Wharton as well as several Memphis council members who are not returning.
WREG caught up with Harold Collins, who played a big part on the Council.
WREG also spoke with Patrice Robinson, a newly elected member.
The swearing in for newly elected mayor Jim Strickland and council members in Friday at noon at the Cannon Center.
