History making changes are coming to the Juvenile Court.

It comes after the Justice Department recently investigated claims of discrimination against African-American youth involved in the court system.

Pam Skelton is the court’s new Chief Administrative Officer and Gary Cummings is the new Director of Court Services.

They both stopped by to explain the new changes.
