MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Officials with the Tennessee Lottery confirm that a winning $1.5 billion ticket from Wednesday’s Powerball drawing was sold at Naifeh’s Food Mart in Munford.

The winner will get approximately $528,000,000, as will winners in California and Florida.

Also in Tennessee, there was one $2 million winner, one $100,000 winner and 17 $50,000 winners.

The Tipton County town has a population of around 6,000 and is 30 miles north of Memphis.

TN Lottery President & CEO Rebecca Hargrove is headed to Munford to announce which store sold the ticket and drop off a $25,000 check for that store.

There are only three locations in Munford listed by the Tennessee Lottery as official sales locations.

Winners have 180 days from the day of the drawing to claim the prize

The numbers drawn were 8, 27, 34, 4 and 19, and the Powerball was 10.
