The Memphis Zoo is taking its fight with the Overton Park Conservatory to court.
The Conservancy says the Zoo cut down more than two dozen trees without permission.
Zoo management contends it needs the extra space for parking, and believes it has management rights over the grassy area.
Zoo President Chuck Brady joined us as did Tina Sullivan, the Executive Director of the Overton Park Conservatory.
