Each year thousands of cases are brought to Memphis’ Juvenile Court, and 350 of them are repeat offenders.

But Richard Graham believes youth are the solution, not the problem.

Beverley Shelley is one of JIFF‘s biggest supporters and on their Board of Directors.

Shelley and her children have devoted their time to changing the lives of juvenile offenders even though her husband, contractor J.P. Shelley, was murdered by three teenagers during a robbery back in 2013.
