COURTLAND, Miss. — Family and friends of Jessica Chambers are asking people around the world to help celebrate what would have been her 21st birthday.
In December 2014, Chambers was lit on fire and died from her injuries.
A Facebook group asks people to post pictures of balloons and candles, as well as messages for Jessica.
In December of 2015, the case was featured on the cover of People Magazine.
Investigators have checked many leads, but no arrests have been made.
