LOS ANGELES — Betty White’s former live-in domestic employee is suing the actress for labor code violations and unfair business practices.

Anita Maynard, who worked for the 94-year-old actress for more than two decades, says she was overworked and underpaid in a lawsuit filed Thursday, per the Hollywood Reporter.

She worked for White for 22 years until last week.

Maynard claims she worked more than 14 hours a day, six days a week without overtime.

She also alleges that White did not give her uninterrupted meal breaks, accurate wage statements or her complete wages and vacation pay after she stopped working for the actress.

The lawsuit mostly relates to labor code requirements regarding minimum wage, overtime hours and required breaks.

It’s unclear exactly what Maynard’s role was in White’s home, though the suit did specify that she “was not a personal attendant because she spent more than 20 percent of her time performing work other than feeding and dressing a person who needs supervision.”

Maynard wants all wages earned and owed, statutory penalties, prejudgment and post-judgment interest, restitution and an injunction to prohibit White and unnamed co-defendants from future violations, according to THR.

White’s representatives have not responded yet to the report.
