MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A former Memphis Police officer accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend on two other occasions is back behind bars.
This time Joshua Barnes is locked up on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Mississippi.
According to court papers, an active warrant was issued last week in Southaven on Barnes for stalking an ex-girlfriend yet again.
Its unclear if it’s the same woman he’s been charged with stalking in the past.
Southaven Police have not released many details about the case but said they hope to pick him up from Shelby County this week so he can formally be charged.
