MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A suspect is now in custody for an armed robbery involving the website Craigslist.

19-year-old Kyran White is charged with attempted first degree murder and aggravated robbery.

Back on February 26th, police say Eugene Rose and his wife, Lisa, arranged to meet a man in Raleigh to discuss a 2010 Chevrolet 1500 LZT truck that was listed for sale on Craigslist.

Rose told police that no one showed up — but when he and his wife began to leave, three armed men came up and robbed them.

Police say the couple later identified White from a photo lineup as one of the men involved in the robbery.

White is due in court on Thursday.
