MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Rape suspect and former CEO Mark Giannini wants out on bond. He was indicted for trying to bribe a witness in January and also has three pending rape cases. Giannini was originally free on a $3 million bond but that was revoked when he was accused of paying a woman thousands of dollars to act as a go-between to bribe, coerce and entrap a victim. His bond hearing will resume Wednesday morning.
