MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Fire Department will lay to rest one of its own after a car accident Saturday night.
Lt. Brent McKinness died in the crash, according to Memphis Fire Station 35.
It was a one-car crash and happened in Poinsett County, Arkansas, according to the fire station.
“Brent was a hell of a guy and one of the best paramedics I have ever seen,” the fire station wrote on its Facebook page.
McKinness leaves behind a wife and kids.
