(Memphis) Rev. Kenneth Whalum, Jr. is expected to file a lawsuit today over the outcome of the August 2 school board election.

Rev. Whalum lost the election for Shelby County School Board Dist. 4 to Kevin Woods by 108 votes.

A release from his attorney says the issuance of incorrect ballots and the denial of ballots to voters with proper identification are grounds for a re-vote.
